Arthur Meeker, owner of Xtreme Grafx, has been in the sign industry for over 20 years. He is passionate about the work he does for fellow business owners in the community. It was that same passion that spurred Arthur to fight Oregon law that put a ban on covering up the rear window of vehicles. Working with Oregon State Representative Andy Olson, Arthur testified in front of House and Senate committees to revise the state window obstruction laws. They have been named Small Business of the Year in both Albany and Lebanon with both Arthur and his wife Chrystal Hart-Meeker being presented with individual awards as well.
